How eSupplyTech collects, uses, and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how eSupplyTech ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through our website at app.esupplytech.com and our software products, including DupeClear Pro and TheBraid Flow. By using our products or website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Purchase information. When you buy a Pro license, our payment processor collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and a transaction reference so we can deliver your license key. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Support inquiries. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Waitlist sign-ups. If you join a product waitlist, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you a launch notification.

Information collected automatically

  • Website analytics. Our hosting provider may log standard server data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral URLs. This is used only for diagnosing errors and understanding aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics.
  • DupeClear Pro (desktop app). The app runs entirely on your machine. It does not transmit your file names, file contents, or scan results to any server. License activation sends only the license key to a validation endpoint — no personal data, no file data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver your license key after purchase
  • To respond to support requests
  • To send you product launch announcements you've opted into
  • To diagnose and fix technical issues with our website or products

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Gumroad, Stripe, or similar): process purchases and handle payment data under their own privacy policies.
  • Resend: used to send transactional emails (license key delivery, support replies). Resend receives the recipient email address and email content.
  • Cloudflare: hosts this website and our license delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare may process network-level data as part of its CDN and security services.
  • Formspree (if used on the contact form): processes form submissions and forwards them to our email. Their privacy policy applies to data you submit through the form.

4. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • License and purchase records: retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
  • Support emails: retained for up to 3 years to provide consistent support.
  • Waitlist emails: deleted within 90 days of the product launching, or earlier on request.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or clicking the unsubscribe link

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your browser may store technical cookies required for the site to function (e.g., form state), but we do not use cookies for analytics or cross-site tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), encrypted secret storage for sensitive credentials, and access limited to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products or website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
